Which procedure should I follow to install for the first time your pump?

As wrote in the user manual that we deliver with our pumps, for the first installation we suggest that for the pumps that weight more that 20Kg it’s better to use an appropriate lifting dispositive and taking care in the lashing process (please check the pg.4 of the user manual); absolutely avoid to use lifting eyebolt in the engine body because it is not designed to support the weight of the entire pump. About the first use, we recommend designating the wiring process to a licensed technician that will have to connect the grounding firstly and then verificate the engine direction of rotation (you can see the direction from the back of the engine body in the fan cover) that should correspond with the arrow sticker attached on the fan cover.

The most important caution that we give to our customers/seller is to absolutely avoid starting the pump without fluid because it can break the mechanical seal due to the warming friction. In case that in your process is required that the pump works without liquid it’s better to switch to a double flushed mechanical seal that allows the right lubrication in every condition.
Another caution is to not open/disassemble parts of the pump during the working phase in order to avoid any damage to the components and any risk for the user.
