If I don’t have any knowledge about pumps may I ask you to help me?

In case you don’t know anything about centrifugal and sanitary pumps, or you are planning a new industrial plants, you can ask our technical office any kind of question and explanation; we will look after your necessities to carry out the best solution for your project.

Actually we have more than 500 examples in the market, so after several years of production and support we are able to give you all of our knowledge to teach you how our products work and how they can improve your company.

If the pump doesn‘t work properly and I don’t know why, may I ask you to support and help me?

If one of our products don’t work properly after the installation and the plugin, you can call or contact our technical office to better understand why it doesn’t work and to individuate the possible problem (before make any kind of damage).

We are not able to give you our assistance in your company, but we can firstly give you our remote support from our offices and in case the problem is not found we can ask you to deliver the product to our company or (in case this is not possible) we can plan a maintenance work to your company.
