The DEA.A pump is a sanitary self-priming pump with a liquid ring used in lot of applications in sectors as wine, fruit juice, milk, beer, distilled food, ice-cream, mushroom, oil, pieces of vegetables, fish, vinegar, glycol, washing solution with acid and soda, brine, mixture of various kind, concentrated food, ect.

The characteristic stellar design of the impeller, the disposition of the liquid ring and the diffuser, confer to this pump the capacity of making a depression in the aspiration manifold and eject the aspirated gases from the delivery manifold. So, the pump has the capacity of aspirate air or foam reaching depression values in aspiration (NPSH) even higher than 5 meters (-0.5 Bar).

The symmetric design of the pump permit moreover to invert the motor rotation sense, inverting the direction of the fluid pumping, without changing the pump performances, and the self-priming characteristics.
The DEA.A pumps are manufactured completely with micro casting stainless steel.. DEA.A pumps are made in Italy, using only high quality components. Another improvement in our pumps is represented from the support of pump shaft bearing (solution covered from patent). The pump shaft axial lock assure a minimum tolerance between impeller and cover, improving the performances compared to conventional systems without bearing. This solution improve also the mechanical seal duration, making the pump body independent from the electric motor facilitating the maintenance operations. This permit to buy only the pump body leaving freedom to the customer about motor choice.

The DEA.A pumps are equipped as standard with hygienic mechanical seals; the fixed part is in graphite while the rotating part is in stainless steel 316, the seals are in EPDM to permit a better adaptation in different sectors.
